Although we can’t say there is an essential oil that can literally make you fly or change time, we can just about guarantee that once you begin experimenting with essential oils, you’ll be hooked before you know it.

Essential oils often bring about a sort of “feel good” sensation to those nearby enough to get a whiff. They can be very relaxing and offer serious comfort to literally anyone. As we toyed around with the idea above, as time goes on we have honestly discovered there 𝑖𝑠 an essential oil for just about anything you can think of.

Most commonly, essential oils are used for aromatherapy practices but also has many uses you may not have thought to try. Today, essential oils are used not only for easing the shift of your mood swings but they are very popularly used as flavorings for food. Are you a fan of spaghetti with all the works? Is oregano on your list? Using oregano seasoning is one way of consuming the nutrients within but have you ever considered oregano essential oil? Add a drop or two to your favorite pasta sauce for that big rich Italian taste you’re most familiar with. Not to mention adding essential oils to your food can mean you’ll be more likely to reap the benefits.

Let’s take another look into the powers of oregano. For starters, oregano is high in antioxidants which are important to the body as they help fight internal damage caused by free radicals in the body. Let’s imagine a battle between Spider-Man and the Green Goblin. Like Spidey, the oregano comes in to save the day from the destructive mayhem caused by free radicles(Green Goblin). Now, what if we amplified the stakes a bit and substituted the Hulk for good Ole Peter Parker. In a nut shell, Goblin wouldn’t stand a chance! In this case, replacing oregano spice for oregano essential oil poses a greater positive threat to those unwanted free radicles lurking within.

Essential oils are extremely potent and should be used with care.

It does not require much more than a few drops to reap the benefits of any of your favorite essentials.
